Cathrine Maltais
CrossFit Level 2 Trainer
Cathrine is the Head Coach and Program Director at CrossFit Chaleur, where she blends her medical expertise as a family physician with her lifelong passion for athletic performance. As the owner of both her medical clinic and CrossFit Chaleur, she brings the mindset of a businesswoman who leads with clarity, discipline, and purpose.
Her athletic roots run deep — she played for Volleyball New Brunswick, competed at the Canada Games, and represented the Université de Moncton at the varsity level. That high‑performance background is what motivated her to start CrossFit, reconnecting her with the athlete inside her and shaping the leadership style she uses today.
Cathrine is also a mom to a teenage daughter, who inspires her to live the healthy lifestyle she teaches and to model strength, balance, and resilience.
At CrossFit Chaleur, she choose programming carefully to make sure it fits members needs, focusing on smart progressions, solid movement foundations, and a supportive environment where members can grow with confidence.
Rémi Doucet
CrossFit Level 2 Trainer
Remi has been part of the CrossFit community since 2012 and holds both his CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. He has competed in the CrossFit Open for nine years, reflecting his long-standing passion for training, competition, and continuous improvement.
Before CrossFit, Remi developed his competitive mindset through hockey, playing with the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus, the Acadie-Bathurst Titan, and later at the senior hockey level.
As a coach, Remi brings a competitive, motivating, and practical approach to his classes. He enjoys pushing athletes to challenge themselves while keeping training positive, accessible, and focused on individual progress.
What he loves most about CrossFit is the combination of competition and long-term health. Whether someone is training to compete, improve their fitness, or simply stay strong and healthy, Remi enjoys helping athletes become better versions of themselves.

Sébas
Hey i'm Sébas, I’ve been passionate about sports and an active lifestyle from a very young age. I grew up playing soccer, badminton and spending time in the gym.
I discovered CrossFit in 2018. What started as a new way to train quickly became a passion and an important part of my life. CrossFit has taught me new ways to challenge myself physically & mentally and how to constantly keep pushing myself outside my comfort zone.
Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family and enjoying the outdoors. I love cooking, hunting, fishing and exploring everything the outdoors has to offer.
One thing I love about CrossFit is that it doesn’t necessarily become easier with time — we simply elevate the bar as we continue to progress. There is always another goal to chase, another skill to learn, and another level to reach.
As a coach, I want to help members step outside their comfort zone, reach goals they never thought were possible, and become better versions of themselves. I also love sharing little tips & tricks that can make movements more efficient and of course, having a few laughs along the way.

Lisa Hachey
Hi! My name is Lisa Hachey and I am a fitness enthusiast with a background in body building. I enjoy the variety CrossFit and Hyrox workouts have to offer, and they help me build a stronger, healthier version of myself every single day. For me, moving my body isn’t a chore—it’s my favourite daily escape for both my physical and mental health. I invite you to join me on this journey, and I hope I can inspire you to fall in love with the process too. Let's chase those healthy goals together!

Noor Teale
I’ve always been passionate about sports. Growing up in Gabon, I practiced boxing, tennis, and especially swimming, where I also had the opportunity to compete.
After moving here, I wanted to find something that would keep me active and bring back the feeling I’ve always had through sports. That’s when I discovered CrossFit, and it completely changed my life. I fell in love with the community, the challenges, and the energy that comes with it. CrossFit has become more than just a sport for me it’s my therapy and an important part of my balance.
Since then, I’ve competed in CrossFit and discovered HYROX, which I really enjoy for its cardio and endurance.
I’m continuing to grow as a coach and develop my knowledge of the fundamentals. Low Impact has a special place in my journey because I love helping people move, progress, and feel good at their own pace.
Outside the gym, I work as a home care aide. Having both in my life gives me a balance I truly value, and I love bringing that same energy and care into my coaching.
I’m also passionate about art , singing and photography, and I love expressing my creativity in different ways.
